Update
on the Clinton Applefest 2011
The
Clinton Applefest was a huge success this September and went well
with the weather being just right! Many people came out to our
festival this year. The car show had 65 cars registered and all of
the vendors seemed to do well. The raffle was successful, also, and
it was the impression of the chairperson, Susan Smith, that the
winners seemed happy with their winnings... which totaled 46 prizes.
Our band person, “J.T”, pleased the crowd with great music
and is well known in this area. There were some minor glitches, which
will be addressed next year. If a vendor did not get themselves
registered, etc, we apologize. The committee that takes the
registrations and funds did not get direct communication through this
website. We will try to address those issues next year. Many THANKS
to all who participated in this event!
